Rural Agriculture

In my village most of rural people engage with cultivation. Paddy is main production of rural people.But maximum people are poor and they have not enough fund to properly nursing their paddy bed.Lack of irrigation facility is major problem persists in my locality.Maximum people work as daily wage basis .It is no doubt that rural agricultural  consist with the problem of disguise unemployment problem. Some kind of facilities provided by govt. always consumed by middle man.Middle consumer because they have money and they can by their needs. But rural representative  ...ward member,councillor, panchayat president  always takes commission and give the opportunity .So,real poor peasent s always left out from the scheme. I have no prof, but I notice that water pump,powertiller,High bread seed,fertilizer etc.always achieved by rich peasents on the basis of commission.obviously it is corruption and this corruption done by so called gentle man.Traditional pattern of rural agriculture always give low production.So, further it creat the problem of vicious circle of proverty.because for lack of primary facilities rural people use their land only for paddy production and  this cultivation is done only once in a year.on the other hand, rich got the opportunity with the help of money power but poor left out from the opportunity. This creat the differences between poor and rich. And it is  nothing, but the class division of society(, from the view point of Mark  .)Developing country like India ,money is the key not the quality, so difference between rich and poor is increased. If we wish to develop ourselves then first we decide to improve  ourselves on the basis of our quality,don't do any wrong task which regard us in near future, if we do wrong task then what we teach our  next generation?so, improve our own lives through neat and clean steps.And give the opportunity the person who need it very much and can't effort to take it his own froce.
