   It is a story of one innocent girl ,who have no idea of the struggle of life .she is so little she want to play with flowers,butterflys, rain,trees,breez etc,she listen the music of bird,notice the moving clouds.she like the stars,the moon ,the soft,clean water of the river.she like to study .so she always goes to school,she is enough good in her study.This beautyful lovely young girl is known as Radhika.

        Radhika lives in a small village,named sunapur.Her familly is so small .Radhika's father is a famer and mother is rural house wife.she(radhika's mother)busy with the works like cleaning house,preparing food,,making cloth on the waving,looking the cattles,ducks,hens,pigeons etc.some time she also help her mother in cooking,she also carry water from well and put it on mud pot for filtering the water,some time she cleaning the house,pluking the vegetables from the garden,giving food the domestic animals and birds,she carry lunch to her father who is busy with  the paddy field.such the lovely little girl help her mother and father.

        She read in a primary school.Teacher loves her.The techer decided to send her name for schoolarship exam when she read in 5standard,so she should read and write very well .

           Monsoon begain,Radhika's father and mother busy with cultivation.she also help her mother .

         One rainy eveing Radgika enjoying the charming beauty of rain sitting on the baranda(a). The drope of rain is falling in the ground and quickly run on the ground,the sound of rain makes a musical tune....jar jjjare ja.when the sound of rain become sofer than before then she show a rainbrow in the east sky ,oh the sun is sit in the west then why rainbrow go there,she think.how many colours of rainbrow she ask herself because she know it ,her teacher says rainbrow is nothing but the drope of water,when the sun ray reflect on it the rainbrOw is visible opposite side of the sun,there are seven colours in the rainbrow.sometime she donot like to believe it.But her teacher,her books says it.At the every moment she noticed someone is coming into the rain.The person is coming very speedly,when he come closer

She noticed Bhubon kai(uncle),one of his neighbur comes into the rain.He has no umbrella or japee on the top so the rain start to wetting him.He stop in the sutal and says Radhika "oe Radhika deotak mat"(Radhika call your father).Radhika at once call her father,her father come,she also busy with his vegetable garden.Two men stand on rain ,the shower of rain on them,they talk,they worry,they plann but what?little Radhika cannot understand.Radhika's father call her mother,they talk,mother quickly enter the house,from the inside she call Radhika.

              When Radhika open her eyes ,she surprise,where is she??she ask question herself.she discover herself under a tipal(b),there are many cars,buss ,trucks up and down,there are many people at the both edge sides of the road,now she fell hungery she call her mom "ma vuk lagisa"(mom I am hungery).Her mother come closer and hug her,she (mom)start to weeping"amar hakolu bana nila,dhansiri ma pani ra uposi poril""(we lost our everything in flood,mother dhansiri fill with water).Radhika stand up notice everything under the tipal,she cried mom where is my books?But her mom weeping again and again ..Radhika again ask mom my little phul?(phul is her little  goat)mother pointed to a tipal ,Radhika notice there are many goat,she run ..she touch little phul "oh phul also hungrey.she notice everywhere women and chidren are crying,men are talking so loudly,some are fishing the environment is so noisy.she come back mother waiting for her ,she hold a water bottle and a packet of biscuite.Radhika ask "ma deota kot?(mom where is father?).Her mother told her father went their village with his some friend.They all are went in boat.

         It is nothing but the sever flood situation of golaghat district due opened swich gat  of doyang heydro project(necpo).suddenly necpo opene the swich gat and first current of water under merge the hevey property,humen life ,household assets.Mind of people fill with fear,fear of lost ,fear of life,fear of hunger....Both the river Doyang and dhansiri fill with water,the river side villager lost their everything....

       Radhika sitting under the tripal,she lost her books,she could not appear her briti exam(a schoolarship exam held by assam govt.for class5and8 standard students).she fell very sad,.Now water level is goes down,but the died grass,trees,cattles and other animals melting body creating a very unheygenic environment,the people lives under the relief camp are suffering from fever,dryreya,triphoid etc,The health of Radhika's mother is also not good ,she is sleeping.Having curly hair the beautiful little girl Radhika now her hair is looking so rough,her mother always masash her hair with coconut oil,clamb her hair very gently but when she went this relief camp mother forget do everything ,she always worry about her house,her waving  ,she had13 uncut Riha(top wearing cloth of assamese women) on her waving,oh all are blew into flood.The sunny sun,warmer of hot summer Radhik not worry about this, the gentle breez touch her body softly,but her eyes looking for thr group of those people who bring food stuff and water bottle for them...one week two week every body get tried to do this thing ...shouting for donation,giving relief for the flood effected...But poor little radhik how she know it??Now she is hungrey very hungrey her stomach makes noise her body demand food for energy oooh poor Radhika who is here to listen her????
